AITA for filling out a form the way it’s supposed to be filled out?

My sister (37F) texted me (30F) the other day asking if I would fill out a form for her for an assessment she is doing for ADHD. She said I know her better than anyone and I’d be the best person to do it. I agreed and she asked for my email which I sent her. I had been speaking to her on the phone before this and talking about the assessment and I borrowed some money off her then the phone call ended. I started cleaning and preparing dinner and my son played on my phone. I had a missed call from her from earlier but didn’t get a chance to call her back.

Later that evening i received the email from the psychologist. It clearly outlined how they wanted an unbiased opinion from someone close to the person being assessed and that I should not share the details with that person or it would completely defeat the purpose of the assessment. My son has multiple diagnosis so Im more than well versed in assessments. I answered honestly but obviously leaning towards diagnosis because I do strongly believe she has it.

I be texted her saying I finished it and she said thanks so much. She then asked me to send her everything I said in the test and I said it’s not accessible as it’s completed. This is when she flipped. She said that I clearly don’t care about her mental health if I answered all of the questions without calling her first and going through each question with her. She said it was completely nuts for me to do that. I explained what the email said and how she never asked me throughout any of our conversations to ring her first or wait until we were together.

She said we both should have done them at the same time and demanded that I tell her every answer I gave (there were 89 multiple choice questions)

She texted me so much, huge paragraphs saying how selfish I am and how she is spending $1000 dollars on this, Im throwing away her money and Im ‘mental’ to think that’s normal behaviour. Paragraphs and paragraphs going crazy at me. I requested she ask if she can get it sent to someone else and stop harassing me. She told me that she is done with me and my weird self obsession and Im trying to sabotage her. After several messages and phone calls of her demanding I send her the answers I blocked her.

She is calling family members and telling them to contact me and causing a huge scene. It’s obvious to me that she’s trying to cheat the test to not waste her money and I would have gone through the test answers with her if she hadn’t gone crazy and basically stalked me and demanded the answers. And the name calling. Everyone is mad at me. AITAH?

TDLR; I was asked to do an assessment without my aunt knowing the answers and I did it without going through them with her.
